Monthly Retrospectives April (West)
How are you doing in this moment? What are you doing for yourself in this moment? For others? How's your balance?
Please join us on a virtual hot air balloon journey. We invite you to see your landscape from a different perspective. Hear and listen he sounds. Reflect on powerful questions & plan personal action.
Retrospective Cocktails are remote events for change makers. We hold space online for you to pause, reflect, and connect. Join us afterwards for lean coffee cocktails. RSVP and we’ll send you more details and a reminder just before the event.

Pandemics, Prejudice, Protest, Anti-Racism
This is your personal retrospective to steer your baloon wherever your winds of change take you. While your retrospective baloon may take you over other vistas, we welcome conversations on the on-going health and economic crisis including on-going racism and the imperative for anti-racism.
We are all watching as America continues to burn and struggle with our orginal sin of building an economy and an empire based on the slavery of African people enabled through European colonialism and massive injustice and inequality perpetuated and enshrined by our government and other institutions. We continue to participate in and maintain interlocking systems of injustice throughout much of the world through systemic oppression. I can't promise to be more fluent with this conversation than any other American white man. But I will do my best to hold space for these conversations that’s honest and welcoming. We’ll work to make this space safe and we will work to offer safety to the people who have less privilege in the conversation over the comfort of those of us who have more privilege.
