Open Space Leadership Workshop – April
(New Cohort Kickoff)

This course shows leaders how to hold space to help people find the best solutions to overwhelming problems. You'll learn how to use Open Space Technology (OST) to find and engage coherent results —with surprising speed.

Especially when:

  • your problems are so complex—even chaotic—there's no single right answer.
  • you're ready to welcome diversity.
  • there's no clear consensus (there may even be outright conflict).
  • your problems are so urgent you needed a solution yesterday.

”Calling keen Leaders, Change Makers, and Facilitators working remotely or in the same room.”

We’re inviting 6 keen Agile Leaders to make a deep dive and learn how to really hold space that always matters.
