Time is funny.

And calendars are funnier.

I scheduled 3 new Open Space Leadership Workshop Cohorts, and then I announced the dates and times to lots of people.

After that I discovered late on Friday I scheduled many of these planned cohort sessions in conflict with big holidays (like one session falls on Ascension Day—a big holiday in many parts of the world, including where I live).

There are only 4 or 5 simple guiding principles for Open Space Technology (OST). To summarise all the principles at once, I might say, “Something will happen with the right people, in the right place, at the right time.”

(That's paradoxically banal and profoud at the same time. But, how could it be false?)

I unintentionally scheduled the next workshops at times that might conflict with other plans.

I'm inviting facilitators, coaches, teachers, and other leaders to join this workshop to practice embracing emergence and learn to use the simple guiding principles for Open Space effectively.

What are we going to do about the right schedule (the right time) for the next cohorts?

If you feel passionate about this invitation, you are the right people.

As the right people, let's work together to find the right time (and the right place) to hold the workshop sessions together. You can use the workshop signup form to signup for the cohort you care about. This will help you connect with your cohort. As we start connecting we can decide together how to handle the holiday conflicts. You remain free and mobile to join the cohort, join another cohort, or put the training on hold until the right time.

I feel sure the best way to embrace the result we need is to start communicating together so that the right time to meet emerges.

You can signup by selecting a cohort, or you can contact us. We'll connect the cohorts and take it from there.
